Moms of teen girls, this post is for you! My twin girls, Izzie and Piper, are 14 and heading off to high school in the Fall and will not be in uniforms for the first time ever. GULP. My heart and my wallet are both feeling the effects of this transition. The style right now for teen girls is not my personal favorite, but I suppose when I look back at my own hight school style it was questionable at best. My girls love baggy jeans, graphic tees and flannels, and all.the.crop.tops (insert my eye roll). This age is HARD for moms, including myself, in the shopping department – especially if you are like me and a bit of a control freak, lol. I actually am liking some if these looks as they remind me of the style when I was their age, everything comes back around at some point, so weird! I am TRYing my best to let them dress the way that they want, as long as it is appropriate, and thus here are I and P’s back to school picks from the #nsale- May the force be with us all!
